In an effort to strengthen the Arab food security institutional
system, NAUSS hosts a workshop in Cairo titled «Food
Security: Methods and Strategies»
Cairo - Egypt On Monday, November 26, 2023, the workshop titled
«Food Security: Methods and Strategies» kicked off in
64 Cairo. The event was organized by Naif Arab University
for Security Sciences (NAUSS) in collaboration with
the Department of Sustainable Development and
International Cooperation, the Department of
Housing, Water Resources and Disaster Reduction
at the League of Arab States, the Arab Organization
for Agricultural Development (AOAD), and the Arab
Center for the Studies of Arid Zones and Dry Lands
(ACSAD).
In his opening speech, Mr. Khalid Alharfash, NAUSS
Vice-President for External Relations, underscored
the workshop’s significance within the framework of
constructive and fruitful cooperation across various
sectors of the League of Arab States. This cooperation
